Cancellation Policy

Here's the terms and conditions, once you have submitted the form you're officially enrolled and agree to the terms and conditions below. 1. Once you have submitted the above form you are enrolled onto the course that you have chosen and the tier you have selected. You will receive a confirmation email, this is your enrolment confirmation. Within the email will be course dates that you can choose from and the date of the induction Google Meet call or if you cannot attend the Google Meet induction or you would prefer a one to one Google Meet/phone call Induction then please do let know as soon as possible. 2. Within the email confirmation will be your invoice for the course and other additions you have chosen on your enrolment form. Payment must be made within 5 days from receiving the invoice. The payment options/method will be detailed within the email and our company bank account details will also be included as well. Payment can be made by 1. Debit/Credit Card 2. Over the phone by card 3. BACs Payment 4. PayPal. There will be instructions along with the invoice if you need to discuss something regarding payment. 3. I try to be as fair as possible! As I know over the past 20 years how hard it is to obtain training on subjects I love, I have worked really hard to obtain as much experience as possible and I hope that this opportunity helps you to obtain your goals. So I allow people who have enrolled 7 days from when you have completed this enrolment form to cancel with no charge and any payment if made will be refunded. However, after the 7 days if you cancel you will have to pay for the course, any books or equipment can be returned and you will receive a refund but you will have to pay the postage costs to return the items. Also, the items must not have been used and must be returned in the original packaging and condition. 5. As part of the training we will have a group WhatsApp/Facebook Messenger group. When you're a part of the group there will obviously be many different people in that group with different beliefs/political views/sexual orientation/LGBTQIA+/CIS Community/ethnicity so it is expected that everyone is treated fairly and kindly. By all means you can discuss the course and the subject area we are learning about, again there will be different people who have different views/training, please be respectful and speak in a professional manner.
